How We Transformed NASCIC’s Client Management

At New Arrivals Support CIC (NASCIC), we are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred services that empower refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants in the UK. Thanks to the Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund Enabling Strand, we have successfully implemented Charitylog, a powerful CRM system for UK charities. This transition marks a significant improvement in how we manage client data, streamline operations, and enhance service delivery.

From Spreadsheets to an Integrated CRM System

Before adopting Charitylog, NASCIC relied on multiple spreadsheets to track client casework, support services, and referrals. While functional, this system was time-consuming, prone to duplication, and lacked the efficiency needed to scale our services. With the Enabling Strand funding, NASCIC has now centralised all client data management under Charitylog, a trusted CRM tailored for UK non-profits.

Key Benefits for NASCIC’s Client Management

The implementation of Charitylog CRM has enabled New Arrivals Support to:

Enhance efficiency and security – With ISO-certified data protection and UK-based storage, Charitylog ensures that all client records, case histories, and contact notes are securely maintained while allowing remote access for our caseworkers.

Improve service delivery – By streamlining client case management, our team can now access real-time client data instantly, reducing duplication and saving time. This means we can respond faster to welfare, housing, education, and healthcare needs.

Enable comprehensive reporting – With advanced data reporting tools, NASCIC can generate reports for contract compliance, impact assessment, and funding applications more efficiently, helping us secure resources to support even more refugees and migrants.

A Step Forward for Refugee and Migrant Support

The introduction of Charitylog CRM marks a major step forward for New Arrivals Support CIC in providing bilingual casework, advocacy, and well-being services to the communities we serve. The funding from the Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund Enabling Strand has not only improved service efficiency but has also strengthened our ability to support newly arrived migrants in navigating life in the UK.

At NASCIC, we continue to enhance our client support systems to provide a culturally aware, community-driven approach to migrant and refugee resettlement. We thank Groundwork London and our partners for supporting this crucial transformation.
