Our services are designed to help migrants and refugees settle into life in the UK with dignity and confidence.
From welfare advice and education to youth activities and community events, each initiative is rooted in lived experience and shaped together with the people we support.

Ukrainian Support Greenwich (USG)
Bespoke bilingual signposting and advocacy support project for Ukrainian migrants on the Homes for Ukraine Resettlement Scheme that arrived in the Royal Borough of Greenwich after the 22nd of February 2022.
USG was rapidly developed in line with government and local authority strategies as an emergency response project to a Ukrainian war migration crisis.

Drop-in Sessions and Workshops: USG & Lewisham UPE Support
Join our weekly info drop-in sessions sessions, where our case workers can answer your questions and provide practical support on resettlement in the UK and our monthly workshops.
We cover topics such as education, personal budgeting, benefit entitlements, housing, immigration signposting and advocacy, physical and mental health, ESOL provision, employment, volunteering, and work experience.

Lewisham UPE Support
This project provides free support to Ukrainians living in Lewisham. Our experienced bilingual caseworkers help with completing the UPE applications, answering questions, and making the process clearer and less stressful. We also run regular online and in-person workshops to guide applicants.

Ukrainian Youth Project
UYPL was set up to build a Ukrainian youth community, improve well-being, maintain Ukrainian culture and ethnic identity, and tackle isolation.
We are offering activities such as themed parties, workshops, quizzes, board games, movie nights, trips, sports (like volleyball), art challenges, and much more.

50+ Wellbeing Project
A well-being support project for seniors aged over 50 who arrived in the UK on the Homes for Ukraine Resettlement scheme in the London Borough of Lewisham.
We meet weekly, offering various activities to enhance your physical, mental and social well-being.

"Maliatko" Ukrainian Family Under 5 Stay & Play Project
Ukrainian-language club designed for families with children aged 0 to 5. This warm and welcoming space provides opportunities for little ones to play, explore, and grow, while parents connect with a supportive community.

Heritage Bookshelf Project
First Ukrainian community library in Southeast London, offering a welcoming space for readers of all ages. With a growing collection of up to 300 books, we are committed to expanding our selection.
Free and open five days a week, our library is a place to explore, connect, and celebrate the richness of diverse cultures through books.

ESOL for Older Ukrainians
Free English language lessons specifically designed for Ukrainians aged 55 and over, led by a Ukrainian-speaking teacher.
Classes held in a welcoming environment, participants can improve their English skills while building confidence and connecting with their community.

ESOL for Afghan women
Free English language lessons designed specifically for Afghan women, taught by a supportive, culturally aware teacher.
Held in a welcoming and women-only environment, the classes help participants improve their English skills, build confidence, and connect with other women in their community.

Greenwich Afghan Resettlement Service (GARS)
Dedicated support service for Afghan families who have recently arrived in the UK. The project offers bespoke, culturally sensitive, bilingual information support and signposting to help new arrivals navigate life in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Developed in response to the urgent needs of Afghan evacuees, the project focuses on tackling isolation, promoting community connection, and supporting successful integration.

Community Events
Regular community events to grow local community groups, improve social support and social networks, provide a sense of belonging, promote tradition and culture, and improve health and well-being.

Delivery of popular workshops on co-production, community engagement and development, emergency response projects development, and voluntary sector safeguarding training.
