New Arrivals Support CIC is hosting a free monthly workshop to support Ukrainians in Lewisham with applications to the Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) scheme.

• Date: every last Friday of the month. Check our events calendar on the website.

• Time: 10:00–12:00

• Location: Deptford Lounge, 9 Griffin Street, London SE8 4RJ

• Language: Ukrainian and English (with interpretation)

The workshop provides practical, step-by-step support, including:

• A live demonstration of the UPE application process

• Clear guidance in both Ukrainian and English

• A checklist of required documents

• Time for questions and individual support

This session is free of charge and open to all Ukrainians living in Lewisham.

Bespoke bilingual signposting and advocacy support project for Afghans in Royal Borough of Greenwich. The Afghan Resettlement Project provides comprehensive, trauma-informed support for Afghan families arriving in the Royal Borough of Greenwich under the ACRS and ARAP schemes.

The service helps families rebuild their lives through personalised casework, community integration, and long-term independence planning.

• Location: Phoenix room, Clockhouse Community Centre, Defiance Walk, London, SE18 5QL
