At New Arrivals Support CIC, we are dedicated to helping displaced Ukrainians navigate life in the UK. Since our founding, we have assisted hundreds of individuals and families in their resettlement journey, ensuring they have access to vital resources, guidance, and community support.

Free Weekly Drop-in Sessions for Ukrainians

If you or someone you know is a Ukrainian refugee in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, our free drop-in sessions provide in-person support tailored to your needs. Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we welcome newly arrived Ukrainians at  Clockhouse Community Centre, Defiance Walk, London, SE18 5QL .

Our experienced bilingual caseworkers, who have lived experience of migration, are here to offer assistance with:

✅ Financial Support & Benefits – Guidance on Universal Credit, child benefits, and financial stability 

✅ Education Support – School admissions, ESOL classes, and higher education opportunities 

✅ Health & Well-being – Accessing NHS services, mental health resources, and GP registration 

✅ Housing Assistance – Help with renting, finding accommodation, and understanding tenant rights 

✅ Employment Guidance – CV writing, job searches, and work rights in the UK 

✅ UKVI & eVisa Help – Assistance with visa applications, extensions, and UKVI accounts
